When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, selected engagement type, and message content. If you become a client we may also process business contact details, meeting notes, and campaign materials you provide for review.

Legal bases
We process inquiry data based on your request to take steps prior to a contract, and client data based on performance of a contract. Analytics cookies rely on consent. Retention for invoices may rely on legal obligation.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship begins. Client project files are retained for up to 5 years after the engagement ends, or longer when required for tax records. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on the cookies page.
Sharing
We use processors for email delivery and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated visit measurement. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Thai law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
