Acceptance
By using this website or confirming a paid engagement, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services described
Devroutepoint provides advisory and review services related to push notification engagement tracking. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate statement of work or email confirmation defines deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and our written methodologies remain the property of Devroutepoint Co., Ltd. Findings packs created for a client become available for that client’s internal use under the engagement agreement. You may not republish our templates or reports as your own public materials without written permission.
Client materials
You retain ownership of campaign data, screenshots, and credentials you share. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. You are responsible for having the right to share them.
No guarantee of campaign outcomes
Engagement tracking advice is based on information available at the time of review. Open rates, action rates, and opt-outs depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific commercial results.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Devroutepoint Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from advisory recommendations. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that harms the site or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
